"Hello Rhonda!  I'd like to send a huge Thank You to you and all the staff members at the NJ competition this past weekend.  I've been involved in all aspects of dance competitions for over 22 years now as a performer, teacher, studio owner, and a judge for some very big-name organizations.   I can easily say that Encore was one of the most professional, friendly, organized, and FAIR competitions I've ever been involved in.  My students and parents had a wonderful experience, and are definitely requesting that we attend Encore every year from now on!  (So I really hope you come back to Jersey!")
